7 Days of Summer. Your mini yoga retreat in everyday life.

Sometimes you don't need a suitcase, a long trip or a weekend at the spa - sometimes all you need is a moment that you consciously take for yourself. With our summer challenge, we invite you to create your own personal mini-retreat in the midst of your everyday life. Join in, feel the power of your routine, find your way back to yourself - and experience how much can change in just one week if you give yourself the space.

Hello Summer Challenge!

🧘‍♀️ How it works:

1. pick up a Challenger Pass free of charge at our studio reception.

2. complete at least one DY class on 7 consecutive days by August 31. It doesn't matter whether you start the day in the morning or finish in the evening - your time counts.

3. as a small reward, a surprise awaits you at the end to remind you of your time out - and maybe even make you want more.

Where? in all doktor yoga studios
When? between July and August 2025
How many? 7 studio classes on 7 consecutive days
How? You can take part in the challenge with all doktor yoga products. Participation itself is of course free of charge :-)

Bring your mini-retreat into your everyday life! Is there something that is particularly good for you? Or something you've always wanted to do differently? Then use this 7-day mini-retreat to do just that!

For example: drink enough water, go to bed earlier, Vegan Week, walk for 1 hour a day, put yourself first, meet friends every day, no alcohol, 30 minutes of sunshine a day, eat good food every day, get up earlier, meditate, oil pulling, say "no" once a day - or, or, or... Be creative!
