Have you been doing yoga for a while and want to continue practicing during pregnancy? Or do you have no yoga experience yet and want to start now?

Yoga during pregnancy is a wonderful idea! Gentle yet physically challenging, yoga gets you sweating just right. Yoga does your head good and relaxes you and your baby. Yoga is good for your body, relieves pregnancy ailments such as back pain and heartburn and is ideal preparation for birth. So that you can flexibly schedule your yoga time as a Mum2Be, we have the following concept:

Step 1: Complete our Pregnancy Yoga Workshop with Jazz

In this workshop, Jazz will show you what to look for in your yoga practice and what modifications are safe and accessible. Here you will also learn how to best adapt our Basic classes. The workshop also includes its own documents where you can look up all the important dos, don'ts and modifications.  

The workshop is offered regularly in our studio and permanently as an online course in our video library.


Step 2: Visit our Basic Classes

You have completed our Pregnancy Yoga Workshop with Jazz? Then you can attend all our basic classes in the schedule and are therefore very flexible in terms of time! We look forward to you and your +1 :-)
