Doctor Yoga Teacher Training 2024
The Doctor Yoga Teacher Training provides a solid foundation for future yoga teachers and anyone who wishes to deepen and expand their yoga knowledge. The training is basically suitable for practitioners of all styles: Asana, Anatomy, Beyond Asana as well as Speech Technique and Teaching Methodology is for the most part independent of a specific yoga style. However, especially in yoga and teaching practice as well as in the topic of sequencing, the focus is on Vinyasa Flow Yoga - the style that is mainly practiced at Doktor Yoga. The training is certified with 200h by Yoga Alliance (USA).

Learn from us!
The training is led by Viktoria Ecker and senior teachers from the Doktor Yoga team (Jazz Sanchez, Waltraud Raab, Kate Chapman) as well as guest teachers. Nils von Münster-Kistner (trained yoga teacher & physiotherapist) will introduce you to the world of anatomy and give you tips and advice that are important when teaching a yoga practice. Anton Jäger is an experienced yoga teacher who has mastered and teaches a variety of yoga styles. Born in Styria, he has been living in Asia for several years, where he leads yoga retreats and training courses and takes on the exciting Beyond Asana part of the training.
The goal is to provide the most practical, comprehensive training curriculum possible. We have been leading yoga studios, workshops, trainings, retreats etc. for 8 years. This has allowed us to gain a good overview of what content is most important in a 200-hour yoga teacher training in order to deepen one's own yoga practice on the one hand and to be ideally prepared for teaching group and individual classes on the other.
In our yoga classes, only the "tip of the iceberg" is visible - under the "surface of the water" lies a huge amount of knowledge that we are happy to share with you as part of the 200-hour yoga teacher training.
