Get into the Valentine's Day spirit with a heartwarming class celebrating every kind of love: romantic love, friendship, and most importantly, self-love.

Flow in Love <3 welcomes singles and couples alike to move through a feel-good flow designed to soften the body, open the heart, and reconnect you with yourself. Expect grounding heart openers, an energising active flow, followed by slow, mindful movement and moments of pause to cultivate compassion, confidence, and inner warmth.

Parts of the class will be accompanied by live piano from Bernd Leichtfeld, along with live singing by yours truly <3
