Main Facts:

  • Leaders: Waltraud Raab and Melanie Rocker

  • at least 3 yoga sessions a day to choose from, different levels, from beginner to advanced

  • Yoga styles: vinyasa flow, yin and restorative, breathing exercises, meditation

  • If there are 20 or more participants, both yoga teachers are present for the entire retreat (otherwise they alternate)

  • Hotel: Das.Goldberg in Gastein

  • WATER WORLD: Infinity pool, whirlpool, bathing pond, Kneipp stream.

  • SAUNAWELT: gold gallery, panorama sauna, herbal sauna, textile sauna, foam steam bath, infrared cabin, cold water pool.

  • 8:40-9:40 Morning Flow "Open" (advanced)

  • 12:00-14:00 Joint hike

  • 15:00-17:00 Workshop (All levels)

Saturday: 

  • 7:30-8:30 Sunrise Flow "Basic" (beginners)

  • 8:40-9:40 Morning Flow "Open" (advanced)

  • 15:30-17:00 Relax & Restore: Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra (all levels)

Sunday:

  • 7:30-9:30 joint yoga session "All Levels
