Leaders: Waltraud Raab and Melanie Rocker
at least 3 yoga sessions a day to choose from, different levels, from beginner to advanced
Yoga styles: vinyasa flow, yin and restorative, breathing exercises, meditation
If there are 20 or more participants, both yoga teachers are present for the entire retreat (otherwise they alternate)
