Get stronger! - Core workshop with Carina Hilmar
Crunches and sit-ups for a strong core? Or would you prefer classic pelvic floor exercises? In this workshop, we will focus entirely on our core and find out together what a "strong core" actually is and when it plays a special role. We will learn how to train the core effectively and what to pay particular attention to during training.
To gain a better understanding of our own core, we will combine theoretical knowledge of anatomy and physiology with practical exercises. We will familiarize ourselves with the functions of the deep structures of the core, train our body awareness and experience the power of our core through targeted and mindful movements.
A healthy, strong core is not only important for yoga, Pilates or other sports, but also plays an important role in everyday life. The right 'core' training is particularly important for preventing or alleviating pelvic floor problems (which can affect both women and men).
