Part 1: Middle Split

Immerse yourself in the world of flexibility with this three-part flexibility workshop. Each module is dedicated to a specific focus: middle split, front split and backbends. You can book each module individually or all three together - depending on what you need and where you are at the moment.

Whether you want to improve your general flexibility or work towards specific positions, this workshop will provide you with tools and exercises that will not only help you progress in your yoga practice, but also give you a new sense of freedom and lightness in your everyday life.

What can you expect?

  • Middle Split - Sat. May 3 at 12:45 (90 min): Open the hips and back of the legs in an intelligent, safe way - for more space and stability.

  • Front Split - Sat. May 31 at 12:45 (90 min): Work on length in the legs and suppleness in the hips - step by step towards Hanumanasana.

  • Backbends - Sat. June 14 at 12:45 (90 min): Create more volume in the chest and mobility in the shoulders and spine - for freer breathing and an upright posture.

Each session includes a functional warm-up, effective stretching techniques, conscious breathing and relaxing cool-down elements. You don't need any previous experience - just a desire for new flexibility, mindfulness and perhaps a little courage.
