Italian Summer Inside Flow! Flow. Feel. Aperol.

On September 21, we will bring the feeling of balmy summer evenings, sunsets and Italian summer hits directly into the studio - with an Inside Flow event full of dolce vita vibes!  

Inside Flow is a unique combination of breathing, movement and music. The choreography flows to the rhythm of the music - this time, of course, with the irresistible sound of the Italian summer. 

And because nothing goes better with the Italian summer feeling than an Aperol Spritz (or the non-alcoholic version), we toast together afterwards and bring the evening to a relaxed close.

When? Sunday, September 21, 5:30 to 6:45 pm, followed by a get-together with Aperol
How much? One-way ticket 30€, free for members
What? 75 minutes Inside Flow, followed by 1 glass of Aperol
