20H Yoga Nidra Upgrade with Bettina
Yoga nidra - often referred to as "yogic sleep" - is much more than relaxation. It is a journey into a state of conscious rest in which body, mind and soul are regenerated in equal measure. Rooted in ancient yogic traditions, Yoga Nidra today opens up a modern, scientifically based approach to inner clarity, emotional balance and a deep connection with the self.
This training invites you to explore the essence of this practice - supported by background knowledge, shared practice and an open space for self-awareness.
What you can expect:
Introduction to the philosophy and origins of Yoga Nidra
Understanding the effect on brain waves, nervous system and neuroplasticity
Step-by-step guide to designing and running a complete yoga nidra class
The art of leading in your own voice and presence
Working with Sankalpa (intentions) and visualizations
Adaptations for different target groups, including practical examples
Contraindications and ethical aspects
