Pregnancy yoga workshop with jazz
Have you been doing yoga for a while and want to continue practicing during pregnancy? Or do you have no yoga experience and want to start now? Then this workshop is almost a MUST... Yoga during pregnancy is a wonderful idea! Gentle yet physically challenging, yoga will get you sweating right now. Yoga is good for your head and relaxes you and your baby. Yoga is good for your body, relieves pregnancy discomforts like back pain and heartburn, and is ideal preparation for birth. In this workshop, Jazz will show you what to look for in your yoga practice and what modifications are safe and accessible. Subsequently, you can attend all of our Basic classes in the schedule and be very flexible with your time!
Including documents to look up and take notes! As it is important to us to give you a good introduction to pregnancy yoga, the workshop lasts 2.5 hours. But don't worry, we'll take short breaks in between and you can of course do everything at your own pace :)
