Do you love playing with movement and want new ideas for your yoga classes? In this course, we combine the precise, powerful world of Pilates with the flowing, mindful practice of yoga - and open up new creative possibilities for your classes.
We start with the Pilates basics and look at which exercises are similar to asanas - and where the approaches differ. Why is breathing different in Pilates? Why is the alignment sometimes so specific? And how can you incorporate these elements into your yoga classes in a meaningful and coherent way?
