20H Pilates Upgrade for Yoga Teachers - Developing and teaching creative sequences
Pilates meets yoga: Do you love playing with movement and want new ideas for your yoga classes? In this training course, we combine the precise, powerful world of Pilates with the flowing, mindful practice of yoga - and open up new creative possibilities for your classes.
We start with the Pilates basics and look at which exercises are similar to asanas - and where the approaches differ. Why is breathing different in Pilates? Why is the alignment sometimes so specific? And how can you incorporate these elements into your yoga classes in a meaningful and coherent way?
However, the focus of the training is on creative exploration: You will develop your own little flows, combine Pilates exercises with yoga elements and find your very own style. By trying out, instructing and exchanging ideas together, you will not only gain new ideas, but also more confidence in creating individual sequences.
