David Cabezas Sanchez.

I was born in Caracas/Venezuela and I met Hatha Yoga in 2004. Over time I began to practice continuously while combining it with other activities such as skating, capoeira Angola, surfing and music. Passionate about group practices and social impact, I had the opportunity to learn and participate in different social and cultural movements, focused on cooperating with people who are at risk of social exclusion, drug addiction, domestic abuse, etc.. I am passionate about working for and with people.

In 2015 I was invited by Ricardo Martin to travel to Thailand and train as a teacher of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga 200 Hrs and in " The Rocket" 100 Hrs. I got certified as an It's 500 by It's Yoga International when I finished my 300Hrs Rocket Teacher Training. Then I lived in London where I practiced in Indaba Yoga Studio and thanks to Work and Change or Karma Yoga I got to know different styles of Yoga. I worked hand in hand with international teachers such as Ambra Vallo in Italy being granted with a Level 2 Advanced Teacher Training 100Hrs.

During all these years I've had the opportunity to teach and learn yoga around the world becoming an E-RYT 500H and YACEP provider. I am certified as a Rocket® Teacher Training provider and I give courses in Spain and around Europe.

More coming soon!

Barbara Peisl. Ocean Flow.

I am Barbara, Yoga and Inside Flow Junior teacher, passionate surfer and photographer. In my classes and retreats I want to share my joy and passion for movement with you and help you establish a healthy and sustainable practice.

Since 2019, I have been working as a yoga teacher, movement practitioner and entrepreneur.

Sharing my passion for movement and fascination for the human body and brain. Spreading my love for music & Inside Flow.

I love to connect yoga x nature and create unique experiences and little adventures. In my retreats I take you to magical places in the mountains and by the sea, so you can connect on a deeper level and experience the healing effect of movement, breath and nature around you. It's the simple things that make us happy and let us feel alive and free: taking a plunge into cold water, running around barefoot, feeling sun rays and wind, just moving outdoors in the fresh air.

Robin Martin.

For Robin, one of the most amazing things about yoga is that you don't have to be great to start, you just have to start to be great. You don't have to have a background in dance or gymnastics, you just have to be curious and be willing to try new things without judgment. She believes with yoga, there is no destination, only an exciting journey ahead.

Her practice and her teaching are ever evolving. While vinyasa yoga is her favorite style of yoga to both practice and teach, she has studied many different methods of yoga with numerous master teachers and appreciates the beauty in all styles.

She earned her 200 Yoga Alliance certification through Tiffany Cruikshank of Yoga Medicine. Additionally, she has 4 advanced training certifications in shoulder, hip, spine and myofascial release through Yoga Medicine.
